How do I order? 

You can start your order using our online order request form or samples order form.  A sales representative will receive your order, check all products for availability, estimate shipping, and contact you for confirmation and payment. 

How do backorders work?

Wholesale orders are filled with in stock fabric when it is available.  However, when in-house stock is exceeded your product will need to be filled by our next production.  Placing a backorder reserves your product during the production run and allows us to deliver your new fabric as soon as possible.

What are your minimums for t-shirts?

There is no minimum for t shirts in stock, however our in-house availability is currently limited to closeouts only.  You can request our current availability on closeout t shirts here.  

What are your minimums for fabric orders?

There is no minimum for fabric orders.  You can check availability for your fabric here or place a backorder here if necessary. 

Where is my tracking number?  

Your tracking number is located on your invoice.  Your invoice should have been emailed to you the day after the shipment left our facility.  If you need a tracking number you may request one here

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping times vary by shipping service and your location.  Here are a few examples of typical shipping times.  

  • East Coast, standard mail typically arrives within 3-4 days. 
  • West Coast, standard mail typically arrives within 3-4 days. 
  • Midwest, standard mail usually arrives within 2-3 days. 

Do you ship to my country?  

We ship to all countries.
